Terms & Conditions

1. Who we are
Cueora ("Cueora", "we", "us") provides an AI meeting notepad that captures meeting audio you choose to share, transcribes it, and shapes it into structured notes, action items, and decisions. These Terms form an agreement between you and Cueora and govern your use of the web app, desktop app, and browser extension (together, the "Service").
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent where you live, whichever is higher.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Cueora is offered on a Free plan and paid Pro, Business, and Enterprise plans. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis at the price shown on our pricing page at the time you subscribe. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as the merchant of record for purchases and appears on your statement.
Subscriptions renew automatically for the same term until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing; access continues until the end of the paid period. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice before the change applies to your next renewal.
4. Recording and consent
You are solely responsible for obtaining any consent required by law from other meeting participants before capturing audio. Recording laws vary by country and state, and some require every participant to consent. Do not use the Service where recording would be unlawful.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- capture meetings unlawfully or without required consent;
- upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content;
- reverse engineer, resell, or provide the Service to third parties except as permitted by your plan;
- circumvent usage limits, security controls, or plan restrictions;
- use automated means to overload or disrupt the Service.
6. Your content
You retain all rights to your meeting audio, transcripts, and notes ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited licence to process Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service for you — transcription, note shaping, search, and sharing to destinations you connect. We do not sell Your Content and do not use it to train third-party foundation models.
7. Third-party services
The Service integrates with providers you choose to connect, including Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, Slack, and Notion, and relies on subprocessors for speech-to-text and language models. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.
8. Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice of material changes that adversely affect paid plans.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or create legal or security risk, with notice where practicable.
10. Disclaimers and liability
AI-generated transcripts, notes, and action items may contain errors and are not a substitute for your own judgement or an official record. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
